Natural Pearl, Cultured Pearl and Diamond Necklace

The front featuring a detachable openwork plaque of foliate design set with old mine- and rose-cut diamonds, centring a button-shaped natural pearl measuring 11.05 - 11.16 x 14.55mm and suspending a drop-shaped cultured pearl measuring 10.18 - 10.20 x 8.54mm, to a graduated trellis of knife-edge linking decorated with bows and set with similarly shaped diamonds.
