Conch Pearl and Diamond Brooch | 天然海螺珠 配 鑽石 胸針

Designed as a branch of coral, set with seven oval conch pearls measuring from 5.43 x 4.27 x 4.39 to 4.08 x 3.92 x 4.00mm, decorated with brilliant-cut diamonds and diamonds of yellow and brown tint, mounted in 14 karat pink gold.

Please note that diamonds of yellow and brown tint have not been tested for natural colour origin.
