Ruby, pearl and emerald brooch/pendant

Of Renaissance-revival design, featuring two putti framing a ruby cameo, carved as the profile of a youth, embellished with step-cut emeralds, suspending a drop-shaped pearl and further set with a button-shaped pearl, one small gemstone deficient.

Please note that the pearls have not been tested for natural origin.
