The front set with a sugarloaf cabochon sapphire stated to weigh 5.53 carats, accented by brilliant-cut diamonds, on a graduated curb-link chain, length approximately 390mm, signed Bulgari, maker’s mark for Bulgari, Italian maker’s and assay marks for gold, pouch stamped Bulgari.
