Description
Comprising: a lariat-style necklace, the front featuring variously shaped diamonds of yellow, green, pink, orange and brown tint, further set with brilliant-cut diamonds, length approximately 410mm; and a pair of earrings of similar design, post and hinged back fittings; each signed George Hakim, maker's marks.
Please note that the diamonds of yellow, green, pink, orange and brown tint have not been tested for natural colour origin.
George Hakim
The story of the jewellery house George Hakim started in 1875 when the young entrepreneur George Hakim established his first jewelry shop in the famed gold souks of the Ottoman Empire. In 1939, the family moved their jewellery house to Beirut, the city where the company’s headquarters are still located today. In 1991, the fourth generation of the family joined the business. Visionary merchants with a passion for the rarest and most extraordinary gemstones, the Hakim family set out to establish their brand as a reference standard in quality and a synonym of luxury and style. In 2013, George Hakim opened its first boutique in Geneva at the Kempinski Grand Hotel. The boutique was later relocated to Rue du Rhône 90, Geneva. This entry into the European market constituted a significant landmark.
