款識：丙戌(1886)春初，阜長薰寫於吳門。鈐印：「任薰印信」

鑑藏印：(沈德壽)「沈德壽印信」、「德壽金石長年」、「鐵僊詩書畫記」(二鈐)

藏者略傳：

沈德壽，字藥庵，別號窳民。浙江慈谿人。累世經商，性嗜名人書畫，所蓄甚富。廣集名家尺牘，「採拾二十年來，屬目者以數千計」，後見陸心源氏勸人置書籍，遂遍搜訪書肆，暨昔日藏書之家，時獲善本。有室名「抱經樓」，藏書三萬五千餘卷。著有《抱經樓藏書志》六十四卷。
