Pierre Balmain Haute Couture 'Mazurka' Ball Gown and Stole, Spring-Summer 1966, with graduating panel embellished with three dimensional flowers, rhinestones and beads finely worked by Mesrine, labeled and numbered 136405, bust: 34 inches, 86 cm, waist: 24 inches, 61 cm, stole: 76 inches x 18 inches, 193cm x 46cm
The Musée du Palais Galliera has an identitcal but unlabeled gown in its collection once worn by Duchess d'Uzès. A fashion sketch of this robe was reproduced in an 1985 exhibition catalouge 'Pierre Balmain, 40 annes de creation' Musee de la Mode et du Costume Palais Galleria, p.218.
