Bob Bugnand Demi-Couture Embellished Ice Blue Cocktail Dress, circa 1959, covered in dazzling rhinestones and gold cut beads with layers of integral tulle petticoats, corset to interior with garters, unlabeled, bust: 34in, 66cm, waist: 24in, 60cm
Believed to have belonged to Elizabeth Park Firestone, who was a regular client of the designer and favoured a wardrobe of blue- particularly ice-blue, as the colour complimented her eyes.
