with octagonal bowl with pierced foliate scroll apron, held aloft by a boyar, on a canted square base engraved with leafy strapwork and edged with pierced arches, each side applied with a cartouche engraved with initials OSM, Roman numeral XXV, the dates 15 January 1861-1886, and inscription: 'From Colleagues', gilt interior, struck with maker's mark, 84 standard
