the glass bodies cut with stars and sunbursts, the silver mounts centred at each side with stylised buds and wreaths above an ovolo border, the rectangular handles cast with a suspended acanthus leaf festoons, the gadrooned lids surmounted by a reeded domed finial, gilt interiors, struck to lid and mount with maker's mark, retailer's mark, 84 standard
