Lying with the donor. In Bond Only.


Storage and bottling to be arranged directly with the donor. Sotheby's will provide an introduction between the relevant buyer and donor in order for this to be arranged.


The sale of the Property will be conducted in accordance with Sotheby’s Conditions of Business for Buyers applicable to the sale, which are available on Sotheby’s website, sothebys.com. In addition, the sale of cask whisky will be subject to the Terms of Service of the relevant distillery in relation to the storage, bottling and delivery of the whisky to the buyer for which additional fees will apply. The relevant Terms of Service will be available on Sotheby’s website, sothebys.com. Please refer to Cask Conditions Appendix 1 under the Conditions of Business tab for full details of Donor’s Cask Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms of Service and Sotheby’s Conditions of Business, the Terms of Service will prevail in relation to the transfer of risk, storage, insurance and release of the purchased lot to the buyer. If the sale of any lot of Property is subject to any further terms, such terms will be published on Sotheby’s website, sothebys.com.


By bidding on the Property you accept and agree to be bound by Sotheby’s Conditions of Business for Buyers and, where applicable, the Terms of Service and/or any additional terms that may apply to the sale of a lot.
