From the start, this was the structured 'keeper', with its very low yield and high acidity, and they made the right decision in launching the 1989 before it. 50% Pinot Noir, 32% Chardonnay, 18% Pinot Meunier and 21 crus. In 2016, that orange zest Krug nose, followed by a taste of walnuts and mint, round and still very youthful. Extraordinarily complete now. Superb with a risotto that had a twist of orange in it. 酒體結構適合長年典藏，當年葡萄產量低，酸度高，因此品牌在此之前推出1989年份實屬明智之舉。50%黑皮諾、32%莎當妮、18% Pinot Meunier，總共選用21個葡萄園的果實。2016年品嚐，Krug香檳標誌性的橙皮氣息依然醉人，核桃和薄荷味隨之浮現，圓潤但仍年輕。現已適合品嚐。與加入鮮橙皮的意式燴飯尤其般配。施慧娜（葡萄酒大師M.W.）
