Cyril and Blakesley Chappellet and Jefferson’s Reserve founder Trey Zoeller invite you to join them in Napa Valley and Louisville, Kentucky for the opportunity to create and custom-bottle your own Cabernet Sauvignon and your own Bourbon—both aged in wine barrels.

In Napa Valley, you’ll join the Chappellets and their winemaking team to explore the creation of their iconic Pritchard Hill Cabernet Sauvignon. Taste Cabernet Sauvignon from the outstanding 2024 vintage from the barrel and explore the nuances between different vineyard blocks and clonal selections. Working with the winemaking team, you’ll determine what you want to bottle to create your own proprietary case of wine, complete with your own label.

During your stay in Napa Valley, enjoy accommodations for two nights at Meadowood Napa Valley. This Forbes Travel Guide Five-starred, Michelin Three-Key resort—a long-standing member of Relais & Châteaux—is an intimate enclave with 36 lodge-style rooms and suites and has been the cornerstone of the valley’s cultural, social and wine-loving heart for decades. Enjoy supper in the Chappellet family home with library selections from their cellar and dinner at Michelin three-starred Chef Christopher Kostow’s celebratory, family-style eatery, The Charter Oak.

On to Louisville, where Kentucky Bourbon Hall of Fame inductee and founder of Jefferson’s Reserve, Trey Zoeller, will indulge you in an unforgettable bourbon and culinary adventure. He’ll guide you through the bourbon-making process at his new $250 million, state-of-the-art, carbon-neutral distillery and lead a tasting of Jefferson’s full portfolio, including rare selections from his private collection. Each couple will work with Trey to select their favorite barrel and then name and custom-bottle a case of their own proprietary bourbon.

Spend two nights at Hotel Genevieve, a chic and stylish Michelin One-Key boutique hotel in the heart of Louisville and enjoy dinner at the legendary Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse with Chappellet wines, plus an unforgettable evening of storytelling with Trey over dinner at Naomi.
