Say yes to red wine and seafood and other unexpected pairings as you embark on a culinary discovery centered around grilling, sustainable seafood and meat all paired with Napa Valley’s finest 100% estate-grown wines certified Napa Green Vineyard and Winery.
Join Estate Chef Vincent Sanchez for a grilling demonstration on The Big Green Egg, learning grilling tips and tricks for classic and unexpected wine and food pairings that will surprise carnivores to vegetarians. This unforgettable evening features a tour of this International Wineries for Climate Action Silver Member winery, gallery viewing, wine reception, chef demonstrations and family-style dinner paired with a curated selection of Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon including library and large format wines from the cellar.
