Where thoroughbreds once trained, discover how great Napa wines are made. Set on the storied 32-acre grounds of the former Silverado Horseman’s Center along the Silverado Trail, Black Stallion Estate Winery invites eight guests to go behind the scenes for a true vineyard-to-bottle journey.
Join Winemaker Shawn Brynildson for an intimate tour through the vines and cellar, tasting along the way, then sit down to a seasonal, family-style lunch prepared in-house by Chef Britny Maueze. Each course is paired with hand-selected Black Stallion wines for a relaxed, elegant afternoon in classic Napa style.
