A reticulated Qingbai incense burner and cover, Song dynasty

A closely related qingbai tripod incense burner excavated in 1973 from the Song dynasty tomb of Bao Shou at Daxingji, Hefei, is now in the Anhui Provincial Museum, illustrated in Zhang Bai, Zhongguo chutu ciqi quanji 9: Zhejiang, Beijing, 2008, pl. 109. The dating of this lot is consistent with the result of a thermoluminescence test, Oxford Authentication Ltd. no. P125n58.
