This four-armed manifestation of the bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara is rendered with his principal hands held together in salutation (anjali mudra) holding the rosary bead (mala) in his raised right hand and the lotus flower (padma) in his left, seated in the adamantine posture (vajraparyankasana) on a double lotus pedestal.
