silver engine-turned dial, clou-de-Paris guilloché centre, satin finished twin chapter rings with black Roman numerals and pearled minutes, eccentric subsidiary seconds having recessed centre and damier engine-turning, angled cartouche signed Breguet et Fils, crémaillère borders, blued steel Breguet hands
20 ct gold engine-turned Tavernier case and band à grains d’orge, case back centred by small vacant circular cartouche, ¼ turn repeating piston to pendant, polished gold cuvette signed and numbered Breguet Horger de la Marine Royale No. 3795 and with crémaillère borders, case back interior numbered B 3795, T 3918, Tavernier case maker’s mark MAB beneath a triangle in lozenge cartouche, Paris assay and discharge marks comprising baby’s head 2 in irregular cartouche (2nd standard gold 840/1000), Pegasus 2 (840/1000, 1819-1838), cuvette interior with Tavernier stamp repeated, baby’s head 2 assay and ram’s head restricted warranty mark (1819-1838), Paris Ox head assay to pendant (1822-1838)
