Dieses Bild gehörte dem Werner Baron von Kalm, einem persönlichen Bekannten von R. v. Alt, war dann lange von der Familie als Leihgabe im Kunstmuseum Luzern, wurde, da Luzern es nicht erwerben wollte, wieder zurückgezogen und kam so wieder in den Handel. Es wurde mir von Dr. N. angeboten.

Acquired from Dr. Nathan - St. Gallen November 1938.
This painting belonged to Werner Baron von Kalm, a personal acquaintance of R. v. Alt, was then on loan from the family to the Lucerne Art Museum for a long time, was withdrawn as Lucerne did not want to acquire it, and thus returned to the market. It was offered to me by Dr. N.
