Distilled in Fall 1916 by United American Co, bottled by Bernheim Distilling Co. in Spring 1934, ullage: low shoulder, State of Illinois tax stamp adhered to the bottle, tax strip slightly damaged and tapered, front label worn, original carton worn and damaged, missing top of the box
