In 2021, on St.Valentine's Day (pourquoi pas?), orange blossom and marzipan on the nose, enticingly youthful and vivacious. Very orange shortbread on the palate, with a tingling taste of ground almonds. So crisp and alluring, with a ripe sweetness in there too. Linear and pure, this could still evolve and deepen.
