Labels 1 slightly bin-marked, 1 slightly wrinkled, 7 very slightly soiled, capsules 4 very slightly scuffed, 4 slightly sunken corks
Only 40% new oak was used this year. The nose is spicy, and the flavour is meaty and "salty". Fresh and tangy. Finesse of texture with a cedary finish. A very creditable 1994. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
