The artist.

Paweł Dudko is an artist engaged in interactive and generative art, 3D printing, and multimedia installations. His work centers around exploring the relationship between virtual and physical reality, as well as the core concepts of light, photography, and image creation. To create his innovative forms, he employs mathematical algorithms, parametric design, and digital fabrication, deriving inspiration from natural phenomena, urban systems, and collective behaviors.

Paweł Dudko also engages the audience through participatory activities, such as transcribing their statements into visual objects utilizing custom devices. His works are frequently exhibited in public spaces, galleries, and art centers, both in Poland and overseas.

Gleam #1 is an artwork that continues the artist's exploration of the generative approach to light and colors. It is a project dedicated to collectors and supporters of the artist's first Ordinals generative project Rays.

At the core of this artwork is an exploration of the essence of photography – the manipulation of light in image creation. Instead of capturing a static moment in time, the artist takes us on a journey through a constantly shifting landscape of colors and shapes. This creates an immersive and hypnotic experience for the viewer.

Gleam further experiments with blending lights and colors to create intriguing structures inspired by natural phenomena. Through a chaotic fluid movement, new realities emerge, with distorted colors and wavy shapes blending and mixing to create an intricate play of lights.

The code for Gleam is non-recursive and the inscription contains full HTML + JS code, all squeezed in 7197 bytes (a nod to demo-scene by keeping code size as small as possible). Traits of all the pieces are unique and generative (derived from transaction hash) and can be read in the browser console.

Gleam #1 is the lowest inscription number in the series — 566 881 (sub 1M). Note this work is the only one in the series that was inscribed by the artist.
