height (not including base): 51cm.; 20¼in.

height (including wooden base): 53.5cm.; 21in.

Conceived and cast by Gaskin Foundry in 1953, the present work is from an edition of seven plus two Artist's casts, including one in the Hirshhorn Museum, Washington and one in the Tate Gallery, London.


The present work is registered by the Henry Moore Foundation as LH 315, cast d.

Acquired from the Artist through the agency of Gustav Kahnweiler in the 1950s, and
