Southern Song dynasty
南宋 吉州窰剪紙貼三鳳紋盌
potted with rounded sides resting on a slightly tapered foot, the interior resist-decorated with three phoenixes reserved in a mottled brown glaze, the exterior covered with a black glaze falling short of the foot, revealing the buff-coloured stoneware body, Japanese lacquer box and wood box
