Set with a sugarloaf cabochon sapphire, flanked by a graduated line of baguette and brilliant-cut diamonds, size 50½, signed Bulgari, case stamped Bulgari.
Accompanied by a Bulgari certificate and a gemmological report from 1960.
Please note that the guarantee line of lot 566 should read Bulgari.
