Introduced in 2015 at Baselworld, Patek Philippe launched the Reference 5905P as its new Annual Calendar Chronograph. It initially debuted exclusively encased in platinum, featuring either a black or blue dial, and provided collectors with an annual calendar and fly-back chronograph function housed in a more substantial 42 mm case. In contrast to the Reference 5960, the case of the 5905P was revamped with square pushers, marking a modern departure from its predecessor. The present lot is offered in overall excellent condition from its original owner and is accompanied by its full suite of accessories.
