This lot must either be shipped to its final destination within Switzerland or personally picked up in Geneva. A buyer taking this lot outside of Switzerland is responsible for ensuring that they do so in accordance with all applicable Swiss laws and regulations. It is a buyer’s responsibility to ensure they are legally importing the lot into the destination country in full compliance with the laws of the country of importation. Please familiarize yourself with the applicable Swiss laws and the laws of the country of importation before bidding on this lot. A failure to obtain any required export and/or import permits from the applicable authority (and any consequences from failing to transport this lot in accordance with applicable laws and regulations) is not a ground for cancellation of the sale of the lot. Please note that the ability to obtain an export permit or certificate does not ensure the ability to obtain an import permit or certificate in another country, or vice versa.
