The perpetual calendar model reference 5320, designed in 2017 with a cream lacquered dial and a white gold case, is a true masterpiece of visual balance and legibility. Its calendar arrangement follows the design characteristic of Patek Philippe perpetual calendar watches since 1941, with the day/month aperture aligned at 12 o'clock and the date indicated by a hand surrounding a moon phase aperture at 6 o'clock. Remarkably accurate, the moon phases only require adjustment once every 122 years.
