Launched in 2019 and designed with a vintage schematic, the dial of the reference 5212 features a silvery off-white tone and unique typography based on the handwriting of one of the watch designers. This model is an interesting development for Patek Philippe, as it was the first iteration of any wristwatches by the firm to introduce the weekly calendar.
Although the weekly calendar is uncommon among wristwatches today, it is a complication that has been proven to be especially useful for executives by displaying the current week number in addition to the day and date.
The watch is housed in a 40 mm case in stainless steel, providing it contemporary proportions. The stepped bezel and lugs further elevate the overall design and offer a sophisticated profile.
