Please note that the watch is 36 mm and not as stated in the printed catalogue.
Established in 1992, the Audemars Piguet Foundation set out on a mission to support reforestation and forest conservation. Working with non-profits and NGO groups all over the world, the foundation has supported projects and planted over 12,000 trees in regions such as Brazil, Madagascar, and Indonesia. In 1999, Audemars Piguet released the Royal Oak Foundation Time for the Trees, limited to 450 pieces only. Incorporating a "cosmo blue" colour with the Royal Oak's trademark grande tapisserie pattern, the centre of the dial features the namesake oak motif which was produced using pantograph methods. It houses the calibre 2225, which features 36 jewels and has a power reserve of 40 hours. The usual Côtes de Genève decoration can be found on the mainplate and this time, the Time for the Trees model features a 21k gold rotor with the ‘AP’ logo and oak leaves, typical with other Royal Oaks with display backs.

The present watch is further accompanied by its box and certificate.
