A timepiece bearing tradition, the Richard Lange adapted inspiration from scientific observation watches while paying tribute to the eponymous watchmaker, and his development of a new spring alloy. The Richard Lange collection was launched in 2006, featuring three hands, with a large sweeping seconds hand.
It is distinguished from other A. Lange & Söhne watch families for its slender Roman numerals placed on a solid-silver dial. Each timepiece measures 40.5 mm in case diameter with cases that come in platinum or gold. This present white gold Richard Lange wristwatch has a silver argenté dial exhibiting blued hands and accents. The watch also functions with a calibre that uses a lever escapement, giving it a power reserve of over 38 hours when fully wound.
