Introduced to celebrate the Jahrhundert tourbillon pocket watch from 1900, the Lange 1 tourbillon is a spectacular one-minute tourbillon wristwatch released in 2000. It was the world's first wristwatch to combine a tourbillon, an oversized date, a three day movement with a power-reserve indicator. A very interesting feature on the early Lange 1 Tourbillon would be the top part of the tourbillon aperture, covered in an arc to hide the date disc. Re-editions of later models would expose the date discs.
