The Aquanaut collection was launched by Patek Philippe in 1997 amidst the coming of a new generation of sports watches. Patek designed the Aquanaut to suit a modernised trend while also retaining the elegance in their long history of watchmaking. The present Aquanaut wristwatch inherits the iconic Nautilus design in its octagonal case, with an embossed-style dial that gives a truly sporty and durable appearance, with an addition of tritium lume applied to the hour markers and hands.
