Dial: engraved Roman numerals with half hour divisions between and touch pins above, the center chased and engraved with flowers and foliage, blued steel floriate hand
Caliber: iron full plate, verge escapement, plain flat balance, stackfreed and striking hammer mounted to the backplate, cylindrical pillars, bell to inside back
Case: gilt brass, lid with pierced roundels for the numerals, the center pierced, chased and engraved with the Madonna and Child within a blazing mandorla, inside lid decoratively engraved, bulbous case sides with pierced and engraved scrolls, the back with similarly pierced, chased and engraved decoration depicting Christ crucified to the center, a skull and cross bones beneath, surrounded by scrolling flowers and foliage
