Description

Fols. 1r-1v: Masoretic accents for reading Psalms.


Fols. 5r-83v: Imrei No'ash, an unpublished dictionary of rhymes by Solomon ben Meshullam da Piera (Spain ca. 1342–ca.1418). Extant in several other manuscripts.


Fol. 84r-v: A kabbalistic prayer for “redemption of the soul” (pidyon nefesh) attributed to Moses ben Nahman (Nahmanides). Printed in Amtahat Binyamin (Wilhermsdorf, 1716).


Fols. 89r-96v: Selections from Yad Haruzim, a dictionary of rhymes by Gershom ben Moses Hefez (Gentili) who lived at the end of the seventeenth century in Trieste and Venice. Copied from one of the Venice editions (1700 or 1743). 


Fol. 97: A short piece in prose followed by a poem.

97 leaves on paper (fols. 2-4, 85-88 blank), 10 x 7 ½ inches; 255 x 191 mm, written in Italian semi-cursive script; very faint dampstaining, a few small stains, library stamp on first leaf. Library buckram.
