Sotheby’s is pleased to announce the 27 June sale of Important Judaica. Headlining the books and manuscripts is the celebrated David Moss Haggadah, an iconic modern masterpiece of Hebrew manuscript illumination. Other rare and valuable items include an eighteenth-century illustrated circumcision manuscript and a choice selection of decorated ketubbot, megillot, haggadot, and textiles. The sale will include a selection of silver Judaica with a special focus on contemporary silver Judaica including objects by Ludwig Wolpert, Yossi Swed and Janet Berg, winner of the Spertus Prize in Judaica.
