Designed as a floral spray centering a cushion-shaped ruby weighing 3.24 carats, embellished with old cushion-shaped and circular-cut diamonds, signed Cartier London, partially numbered.
Accompanied by SSEF report no. 137851, dated 13 May 2024, stating that the ruby is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating.
