Necklace centring an octagonal sapphire, embellished with buff-top aquamarines and baguette diamonds, mounted in 18 karat yellow gold, necklace length approximately 370mm, signed Bvlgari, numbered, Italian assay and maker's marks.
Accompanied by GIA report no. 7508615670, dated 18 October 2024, stating that the sapphire is of Ceylon origin, with no indications of heating.
