Designed as two fishes with carved lapis lazuli heads centering a step-cut aquamarine, embellished with pear-shaped, rose- and brilliant-cut diamonds symbolizing the astrological sign Pisces, mounted in 18 karat white gold, signed Van Cleef & Arpels and VCA, numbered, French maker's mark and indistinct assay mark, box stamped Van Cleef & Arpels.
Accompanied by Van Cleef & Arpels Certificate of Authenticity and a copy of the original design sketch.
