Description

In 2017, at a wonderful dinner at The Factory House in Porto, smoky plums on the nose. On the palate, flavours of damson skins, with enormous, almost irony, structure and 'edge' to match the richness. Mouth-coating and with such a fresh 'lift' at the end. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
