Description

Château Haut Brion 2008

Pessac-Léognan (Graves), 1er Cru Classé

Excellent level and appearance, embossed metal capsule, owc lid slightly damaged

In 2021, a rich, opulent, sensual nose, showing the 41% Merlot. Spicy and sparky on the palate, but the velvet lies underneath. Fresh black fruit on the finish. One is tempted to lay this down and see where it goes, because it changes in character each time it makes a (very welcome!) appearance. Serena Sutcliffe, MW

WA 96

1 imperial - 6 litres (owc)

Provenance:
