Description

Château Angélus 2007

St. Emilion, 1er Grand Cru Classé (A)

Excellent level and appearance, plain metal capsule

62% Merlot, 38% Cabernet Franc. In 2015, a rich "undergrowth" nose, quite "Burgundian". Merlot-soft and palate-caressing in the mouth, really accessible and pleasurable. Beautifully balanced and tailored to the year. Very easy and welcoming, with melting fruit and a touch of toast. Serena Sutcliffe, MW

1 imperial - 6 litres (owc)
