85% Tinto Fino, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot, Malbec and Albillo. I have had the odd bottle that was a little oxidised, but it was always thick, sweet and ripe. In 2013, a marvellous bottle, with lovely sweet spiciness on the nose. Then, so very sweet and melting on the palate. Fabulous wine. Both meaty and fruity, like some old English dishes that marry these tastes. It would be amazing, too, with the fruit in chicken and lamb tajines. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
