In 2019, this has that lovely, come-hither Pavillon Blanc nose, with glorious balance between freshness and fat on the palate. Long and mouth-coating. The analysis is very close to that of the Pavillon Blanc 2018, but the wines are very different. I am a big fan of the 2016! Serena Sutcliffe, MW
