Excellent level and appearance, embossed metal capsule, banded until inspection
94% Cabernet Sauvignon (the highest proportion ever here), 5% Cabernet Franc, 1% Petit Verdot. 80% new wood, 20% in 2-year old barrels. 38% of production went into the grand vin. Lovely berries on the nose, deep and tight. This is a very Cabernet wine. Enticing vanillin notes on the palate, together with floral elements and violet leaves. So juicy and with beautiful elegance.
