That lovely minerally nose, matched with wild strawberries. Fresh, sprightly, tiny-bubbled. Taste of soda bread and salted almonds with a lovely orange finish. Somehow Bolly Special Cuvée always takes me back to English lawns and warm days lolling around with a picnic. A vinous memory-bank. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
