Good general appearances, 1 slightly raised cork 

The immense complications of harvesting over two months from 4 September to 4 November, with 7 'waves' of picking, have resulted in a wine of enormous complexity. The bouquet is redolent of peach kernels and almonds which continues to the palate, with all the dimensions of caramel, tangerines and lemon butter and an aftertaste of spicy fresh ginger, reminiscent of a great rich Montrachet, with sugar of course, and even a touch of Sherry. 葡萄採收過程極為繁複，由9月4日至11月4日，歷時兩個月，共分七次採收，令此酒個性極其複雜。酒香帶桃仁和杏仁的濃香，延綿至味蕾，還有焦糖、桔子和檸檬牛油的複雜層次，餘韻是辛辣的鮮薑，令人想起濃厚醇美的Montrachet，當然是帶甜的；甚至有一絲雪莉酒的味道。施慧娜（葡萄酒大師M.W.）
