Celebrating the 50th anniversary of the iconic chronograph Type XX and the 5th anniversary of the acquisition of Breguet by the Swatch group, the brand released the Reference 3810 "Type XXI" in 2004.

This new piece had a modernized 42 mm diameter case and its flyback complication, "Retour en vol" in French, was proudly written on the dial under the Breguet signature.

It uses the 584Q movement with a highly unusual characteristic: two central chronograph hands, one for the seconds, the other one for the minutes. Subsidiary dials indicate the 24-hour indicator at 3 o'clock, 12-hour chronograph register at 6 o'clock, combined with the trapezoid date aperture, and the constant seconds at 9 o'clock. The dial has a deep and attractive brown colour.

This particular piece is presented in very attractive condition.
