Alan Martin Gard was born in London in October 1935. He embarked on his journey in the world of jewelry by serving a seven-year apprenticeship with the esteemed jeweler Crombies of Bond Street. He also collaborated with Andrew Grima and Hooper Bolton before setting up his own business. He created jewellery for films such as Nicholas and Alexandra and Modesty Blaise, where he crafted all the jewelry and medals. Remaining true to his distinctive retro style, Alan Martin Gard continues to captivate with his designs, attracting clientele ranging from notable stars to influential politicians.
